The 5 Produces More Of The Same

So it is back to Rider Report Card entries for me. Just a short while ago I talked about the M. Now it is 5 Train‘s turn which produced more of the same in 2008. The line finished with an overall grade of C- which matches its result from 2007. Lets get straight to the breakdown:

To be quite honest, I do not have much to add in terms of analyzing these results. The line graded out almost identical in every category from last year. So in all honesty, the same feelings I echoed last year apply today as well. You can view my 2007 analysis by clicking here.

I feel bad for 5 riders as these report cards will echo the same sentiments year after year until the Second Avenue Subway is completed to its full potential.

P.S. Once again the amount of responses received by the MTA was lower than last year. PATHETIC!
